Lodging across the trip

I am a spaniard biker, I have done the "Camino de Santiago" biking twice (one from Madrid to Santiago, 700 Kms) and second one from Sevilla to Finisterre 1200 Kms, really hard :), and I would like to prepare this wonderful trip from Copenhagen to Berlin during next Summer. I want to know which is the best (and cheaper) way for lodging, even in Denmark and Germany. If you have any specific guide or suggestion, it will be welcome
